This is my cat Peanut tummy a week after her spayed surgery. I've kept her in a e collar until 5 mins ago. I've kept her in my room away from her big sister maggie. I let her out of the room once a day for about 10 mins just so she doesn't feel like she isn't part of the family anymore. Anyways she is a rambunctious 1 and half years old that won't slow down. I'm told to keep her calm for 2 weeks how is anyone so pose to do that. I just want to know if this looks ok since she was jumping around today???

While it looks a bit inflamed, it doesn't seem to be weeping puss... so you're probably okay.

I would suggest putting the cone back on, though, as she will most likely fuss at it, which can cause infection.  Did the vet give you any topical ointment or antibiotics?  If so, stay on the program.

One way to keep an energetic cat "settled", is to keep them in a large kennel or a bare room (no jumping surfaces).  It may seem traumatic, but it is only for a short time out of their lives... We had to do it for 6 weeks to one of our cats when he broke his leg as a kitten.  He still love us.

While she was at the vet getting surgery I took all her little kitty condos out of my room. Put my bed on the floor. As for her incision it's not oozing anything its not warm to the touch. I think she kinda tore it open while I let her out of my room for a few minutes and she found and jumped on her big kitty condo
