Does anyone have any tips on how to train a kitten to play nice? He's only 8 weeks and i had since since two weeks ago which clearly is too young to be away from his mother. He's so energetic and bites so hard. That's all he wants to do. I can't stop it. Any suggestions?

Disengage when he gets too rough. He'll figure out that if he wants you to keep playing with him, he has to be gentle. There can be a bit of a learning curve--what's painful to a human hand doesn't always bother another cat so they do kind of have to re-learn limits when it comes to us.

Never use your hands to play with him; use a toy or wand type toys.  If he is needing to wrestle something; see if he will take out his roughness on a small stuffed animal instead.  Often the best teacher for a rough kitten is another young kitten.
