Hi im new here, and I know this isnt the best category for this question , but right now it has the most viewers.

There is a specific type of cat I am looking for.  Its a siamese kitten mix of some sorts.  It has what I call "eyeliner" around its eyes, and a black nose, BUT it is pure white and not the typical brown/grey/orange fade of the main siamese breeds.  I have also attached a picture, I know its kinda fuzzy but it was the best example I could find.  You can see the black around the eyes, and how the nose is black too.

I hope someone can help.  THANKS!!!

The one in your picture is a point kitten. Point kittens are born white and slowly get more color over the years. The kitten you posted is young, and thus his coloring isn't showing properly yet, aside from the tail which is already obviously darker. I can also see some markings on the face.

He/she won't stay as such and overtime will be a lot darker.

Also, as far as I know there's no such breed that merely has the "pure white"  and " black nose + eyeliner" kind of look.

If you want a "white siamese", you can try and seek after a siamese where the masque isnt easily visible.  A creme-colored siamese for example. Or even a flame siamese (ie a red siamese).   On your example pic, its as Bianca says, its a siamese-look alike kitten, and it has already the markings visible, and they will be darker with time.  He will possible become a tabby - sc Lynx Point.

Other breeds who are shorthaired, but have blue eyse, may be; Ejes Azules,  Khao Manee.  Both are rather rare.   And of course, do costs good money, if you are determined to get them.

This with eyelines I wont swear. I suspect its partly individual, not a mandatory part of a breed description.

Please, come with reports if you had come onto more traces and or insights.

Good luck!

I don't know what the breed you are looking for would be, but the kitten you posted a photo of is a pointed kitten, as mentioned above. It will not stay that color as pointed cats darker with age generally and also with the seasons. There is a long hair kitten that appears white with eye liner but the nose must be rose colored. It is a chinchilla Persian. Shaded silvers also appear white but have a mantle of tipping. This is a photo of a shaded silver kitten close in age to the one you posted. Silvers are known for the eye liner as well as black liner across the nose and around the mouth.
