Are you a Prime member? I'm one and there's an option for me to "borrow for free", and underneath that it says "Prime members only".

Don't pay for it just yet! 

I'm thinking of running a special promotion real soon where everyone will be able to download a free copy for a limited time. Amazon lets you do that for a very limited time, so I want to make sure everyone knows in advance.

For now, like Cory said, it is available to Prime members on loan (for free).
