Ok firstly. I love Rocco very much and immaterial to me whether he is or isn't bengal... I'm purely posting this out of curiosity? Maybe people have commented on his unique markings. I'd like to hear the opinions of experienced bengal owners or breeders

Thank you Stefan for your reply. Sorry my rubbish phone wouldn't let me upload photos... I'll upload a few now. One Rocco recently, one when he was much younger, a photo of his mother and a photo of his dad. I'm interested in your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

I think he is a "common" spotted tabby.  Very nice and beautiful both in spots and the overall shape, but not bengal.   Spotted tabby isnt that unusual, but not unique.

Ta taking another example, Mackerel tabbies having some spots on tummy is quite common.

Here is it extra easy, as you know both his ma and his pa.  Both nice in their way, but nobody a bengal.

Tabby is dominant, so its nothing peculiar most littermates are tabbies.   And red were both in dad, and also mom (although diluted in mom, but she still has the red gene).

Its perhaps more peculiar a mackerel tabby gave as result a spotted tabby.   I would think they tended to be inherited.   But Im not very knowleable at the details. Perhaps we shall see him as not true spotted, but as broken mackerel?

I personally think the mom is very lovely shaped, also her blue-cream tortoise is nice even beautiful.

What said these students of chemistry, looking on a pretty girl? " Its surely true its as our professor tells us.  Humans is just atomes and molecules arranged in a water solution.  But Im sure even he would admit, these here molecules are all arranged  very nicely!"

Good luck!
