Taking Better Cat Pictures

It's the "being prepared" part that gets me. How many times has my cat done something that I wish I had a camera near by? Of course if I try and sneak off to get it they immediately stop being cute... :)

I can't claim to be a professional photographer, but I do manage to get a few acceptable shots. My brother is a professional photographer and he has helped me with a few pointers, but the best advice I found was simply to take a LOT of shots, a few are bound to come out well and you can learn from your mistakes

LOL - if he just had a hard hat!

Makena has a very fine, thin pelt. I guess he gets that from the Asian Leopard side of his ancestry, he can't handle temps much below 60....so hence the insulated jacket for his winter hiking adventures.
