Good morning and Happy Friday! 


Do you take any vitamins or supplements? I'm not talking about any prescription medications, just vitamins, supplements, etc.

I take:

Daily multi-vitamin

Daily vitamin D (3000 IUs)

Twice-daily calcium (600 mg each)

Twice-daily Osteo-BiFlex for joints

Twice-daily omega 6

I am considering starting to take Biotin for my hair and nails, but haven't decided yet.

Nope. I bought some a couple years ago but stopped taking them half way through the bottle. I just never remembered. I have vitamin E too, which I told myself I should take since I have dry and itchy skin, but that fell through too.

None, although my doctor wants me to take a daily Vitamin D supplement.  I'm terrible about remembering this.

Per the doctor I take a daily vitamin D supplement. That I am good about taking. When I remember I also take a multivitamin and calcium.

Not at the moment. I was prescribed a high dose vitamin D supplement last year because my level was at 9 when it should closer to 60
OTC vitamin D wasn't high dose enough for me.

I take a daily vitamin, calcium, B12, Fish Oil and Vitamin D. And of course my prescription meds - blood pressure, thyroid, cholesterol.

No, I prefer to get what I need from my diet.

I eat 5 ~ 10 servings of fruit and veg every day and plenty of tofu and soy milk for extra protein. I'm a vegetarian and I don't really like dairy products, but I think I've got all the food groups covered.

I take a gummy multivitamin and sometimes I take a supplament called Clear Tinnitus.  It does help the ringing in my ears to quiet down; but it's not an overnight help, it's something you have to take long term.

the only supplement i take every day is an OTC high potency iron supplement. i take it with my juice at breakfast. if i make sure to take it early in the morning, i don't forget to take it.

I take,

a woman's multi,

cal/mag/citrate, w/D,  

gentle Iron,

Dong Quai (helps w/ hormone balance, & has made my periods not as bad. At 45, I was starting to get cramps like a teenager again, & mostly heavy all week, instead of just 1st cpl of days)

Olive leaf ,  (great immune defense!!)  

I should also be taking an omega, & a joint supplement, but feel like I take so many already, & can only afford so many.
