I just recently got him and I think he's been doing it since the beginning, but he snores a little while he sleeps. Also when I flip him on his back he makes weird grunty noises and sometimes he'll make them randomly on his own. He doesn't have runny nose or eyes and his appitie seems good as well as his poops. I dont know if this is just normal for him or not. I'm really worried because I have another kitten and if this new kitten is sick with anything he's probably going to give it to him. I'm planning on going to the vet but I don't fully trust them, they keep trying to push all these expensive procedures on me. The place I got him from said they took him to the vet twice before I adopted him, so I never really thought to do it until now.

Does he have the smooshed in, kind of flat face?  One of my kitties does a little, not to the extreme like a Persian but a little.  She will sometimes snore just a tiny bit even though she is no longer a kitten.

His nose is a bit different then usual but defiantly not pushed in. His nostrils are quite small and his bridge seems to jut out a little

Ask your vet to look for a polyp. It's just a benign growth in their nasal passage that can cause sounds like that. Your vet or an ent specialist can remove them. They can get bigger and include the airway so wAtch for signs of respiratory distress.
