The area around my cats eyes has recently seemed lighter than normal, almost like he's wearing pale eyeliner. It's only on the underside of his eyes, and he's black so it's very very obvious. His eyes don't appear to be swollen or weepy, they might be a little runny but it's only a small amount in the inner corners, almost like he's just got eye gunk from just waking up. It isn't running down his face like his sisters was when she was sick. I've seen him squinting occasionally but I can't tell if it's abnormal or not because I may be taking more notice of it now that I'm paying attention, and it was also very breezy the times I've seen him squinting so he might have been squinting because of that...

His sisters eyes were very squinty and weepy a few months back and the vet said it was because of an upper respiratory infection or something, and gave us a cream for it. But we finished her treatment and she got completely better.

His eyes have been like this for about a week or so, it's not going away or getting any worse it just...is. He doesn't appear to really have any other symptoms so I'm not sure if I should be worried or not.

No, it seems to have faded so I'm leaving him alone for now. If it gets worse or his eyes get weepy/squinty I'll take him to the vet but for the time being everything seems normal? I dunno.
