Previously broken leg

My kitten Maribelle is 8, soon to be 9 months old. I adopted her back in October. I was told that when she was brought in a couple months before that she had a broken leg but they never told me which one it was. Now, over the three months I have had her, I have noticed that it might be her front right leg. It twitches when she lays on her back, she grooms her paw often, and it seems like she can't retract her claws in that paw so they easily get caught on everything. Fortunately it seems like she walks/runs on it just fine. What do you think and will she have arthritis in that leg?

It's possible, but there is no way to predict.
