Notifications no longer happening, and one of my albums dropped off my signature and I can't get it

Before my long illness, I always got notifications when people posted after I had posted unless I specifically unsubscribed from that post.  Now I can't figure out how to get the posts to send notices to my email at all.  Secondly, I was referring to my Blossom the Possum album in a post, which used to be part of my signature, it after the post went up, I noticed the blossom album was no longer attached to my signature.  I went into my signature to try to attach it and it didn't show up to attach but when I looked at my pictures, the album is still there.  I didn't unattach it from my signature and have no idea why it doesn't show up for me to reattach.  I'd like to correct both of these problems, no rush, butwhen you get a chance.

We're looking into it. I've tried to get your Blossom the Possum album to show up, but with no luck. It isn't in the "Show stuff in your signature" list, although the album can be viewed.

IT is working on the album problem.

They did find that you received an email today 1/19 but it is showing unopened.  Please check to see if it might have been caught by the spam filter.

I got more feedback from the IT support people.  It looks like there is a limit in the dropdown to 20 albums showing.

We have two options that you can do to remedy this:

1. Add new pictures to the album and it will bubble up in the dropdown for selection or
2. Deactivate albums not in use to allow the other albums to show

I understand that this is not ideal but this is a workaround to get the result you would like.  The team is considering a change to the design, but this will take some time to implement and won't be available soon.

I got the notifications problem solved, however the photo albums thing is totally baffling.  The limit in the dropdown is 20 albums, but I only have TWO albums, and all the rest of the things listed in the dropdown are THREADS.  They dont show up with my signature and therefore I cannot get rid of them.  That must be why I am unable to make any new albums, and why blossom the possum album is not showing on my signature.   Blossom the Possum WAS an album but it no longer shows up beside my signature or in the list, evidently bumped by those threads that are listing themselves.  Also, I don't believe I have a review of Advantage II, but I mentiond it several times in threads and so that is showing up as a review, but no link shows up on my signature for that either.  If you just delete everything on the list except the two that are actually albums GREY BOYS JOURNEY and 2014 RESIDENTS, then maybe I can make the album I want to make of 2015 residents.

OK, this is going to sound weird, but do you have another photo you can add to Blossom's album?

All of the threads listed have embedded photos that you posted so it sort of thinks that they are albums and are newer.. There is obviously an issue, but I'm wondering if that would be a temporary solution?

I think this might be your best bet. 

OK, that should work. My "Abby" album wasn't showing in the dropdown list, so I added a new photo and it is now at the top of the list.

I'll try it if I can find the album.  It has been so long and i'm not terribly computer savvy.  I used to be before everything went hi-tech and now I have been left in the dust.  I'm pretty good for a 71-year-old but I don't have the instincts of your average 40-year-old, much less the kids.

Nope.  No more brain cells available today.  I managed to end up with TWO Grey Boy albums and deleted one.  Then I managed to add some pictures to my 2014 residents album and change its title to current and past residents.  I don't know how to add anything at all to blossom the possum's album because I cannot find it.

I went ahead and fixed it so you should see the album now in your signature.

THANK YOU @katachtig!  I just noticed it the last time I sent a post.  Not sure how you did that but I appreciate it!  I think it may be the only possum album on here.
