Well. I think I should change his name to Fonzie.

Talk about cute!   You would never believe this was the same little Fonzie if it wasn't right here in this thread!    And how pretty is Piper?
    Brilliant photo update.

I agree so heart warming - and educational to boot!  Fatedone well done!
I have to agree with Reba, this thread was so informative and inspiring!

Thank you @fatedone and others for posting the photos, and updates, because they really showed the problem faced, and how not to give up.  Fonzie and Piper are both adorable, but my heart melted at the improvements in Fonzie.

I have never heard about flat chested kitten syndrome. I'm so glad all these people had good advice and knew what to do. I can't wait to hear how it goes at the vet.

Any news @fatedone   ?  I get all confused with international posts and time zones.  Got my fingers all crossed you have had a good visit to the vet and the kittens are not stressed out from the trip.

Fonzie did great at the vet yesterday! The vet was in absolute shock that he made it. And I showed him the jacket and he was very impressed catwoman! The only concern he had is that Fonzie doesn't have any extra skin. But he said it could just be a growth thing. He has no scruff (no wonder mom didn't usually try to carry him!). Mom and kittens stayed until today because they are obviously still nursing. But she is spayed FOR SURE now. So thats a relief. She doesn't seem to be too annoyed with pain and let's them nurse too. The kittens have an appointment to get fixed as well.

I have this great big smile on my face! Thank you for the compliment :)

Mom is spayed, YES!! Good job!

I have had kittens without the extra skin, you try to scruff them or vaccinate and there's just nothing to grab! I will change though. As he grows. Yay for Fonzie! Do you realize how much that name fits him?!

I'd put in more dancing bananas but the thread might crash if I put as many as I feel Fonzie, @fatedone  and @catwoman707  deserve.
Very happy to hear this update, and that catwoman has experience of kittens without extra skin too.   (Mouse has enough for 2 cats and always had done, if he grew in to his extra skin he'd be about 20 lb)!   Fonzie definitely suits his name, he is one very, very cool cat, and I am all for joining his fan club.

Lots of skin and a well round bottom.
   Growing nicely.
Thank you for the update photos.   Are they playing and wrecking your house yet?

@fatedone    Fonzie looks amazing!  I too, like MServant, would like to know if Fonzie and Piper are behaving like proper kittens,... meaning running everywhere, and anywhere?

Yes! We have a lot of stairs here in our 5 bedroom house... They can run up and down them (so very noisy) without effort! They like to give me no privacy and I have to shove a towel under my door at night so they don't sneak under there and chew my poor feet up. We have been giving them some kitten food and they still nurse. Anyone who comes over wants to take my babies, but I really don't want them to live anywhere but with me. I know people get attached to kittens all the time but this is different, for me at least. It would be extremely hard for me to let them go. Is 5 cats too much? I have my feral cat that I kidnapped whose name is George (she's a girl, but George just fits her). I have my Philly, Rose (mama cat), Fonzie and Piper.

You should see these two kittens getting into everything. I especially like when I open my drawer and find them sleeping there after looking for hours and thinking they got flushed down the toilet or something. So great. Lol.
