This is Loki! I just got him yesterday from a woman that my friend knew. He is only 6 weeks old. I set up an appointment for him for 2 weeks to get his first shots. I just want to make sure the little crustys in his eyes are normal for kittens. They seem to have been there for awhile. I was able to wipe one away before he started getting mad at me. They are really stuck on there though.  Any suggestions? I used warm water on a cotton ball.

Keep cleaning with the warm water, his eyes look actually good, no pink, it could just be irritation from dirt. If his 'third eyelid' shows up or his eyes get swollen and red, they could be infected and will need help from a vet. It's very common for kittens to get upper respiratory infections, so watch out for sneezing and coughing. I would call a vet and get some advise. All the luck, and keep us posted!

That's what I'm thinking. He's not coughing or sneezing or anything thank god! He seems healthy otherwise. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks! :)
