I recently found a pregnant stray under my car

     My cat is pregnant, I'm not sure how long but from the bloated belly and lack of worms (plus the lumps in her stomach area that would sometimes be squirming when I pet her). Anyways, when I found her two weeks ago, she was the exact same size as she is now. As of today and yesterday, she's been behaving strangely. Moving in a very frantic manner, and if she's not moving, she's grooming her nipples or vulva. She's fallowing me around (or running like crazy), attacking my legs (moving or not), and rolling life a feeding alligator in the floor. And the neighbor's male cat keeps nearly attacking her when she's outside (which is where she recently is wanting to be). Not to mention she's constantly making noise. Is she getting ready for birth or is there something wrong? And she has a bright red puckered bum too... I'm really worried...

It sounds more like she's in heat than like she's actually pregnant.  Of course she could be having a hormonal flash and actually be pregnant.  I would suggest taking her for a vet exam expecially if her vulva is red and inflamed.  We do have quite a few articles concerning pregnancy and birth that you may find helpful.  Click on any of the links below to read the article.

I agree with Red Top Rescue.  It may be heat, also pregnant cats may come into heat.   But a vet visit is still be the wise to do.

I agree with said things above, she does sound like she's in heat. Is she dragging her belly over the floor and sticking her ass in the air? You can test this by petting the start of her tail, this will usually make them put their bum in the air and make funny feet movements.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean with 'red puckered bum', but it doesn't sound healthy to me. You might want to have that looked at. Does she have any diarrhea? That can cause redness.

Her vulva isn't red, just her bottom. Over all she's walking...or well running, just fine. No belly dragging and no bum in the air. When the male cat, dubbed Suede, get's near her, she hits the ground like a pancake and growls. I know the wild cats, Ghost and Whisper, are both girls, so I thought maybe he's confusing their scent...or just really wanting so booty and both the wild cats are poly-dactyl and very fast so he's going after Sanora instead. It's just recently, Sanora's been acting strange, and today's even weirder.  She's not running or near as active today, she hasn't left my feet, unless sleeping on my chest, she's not eating, and every time I look at her she pats my leg with her paw and meows. 

Any change in her behavior?

A male cat doesn't make mistakes and won't go for a cat unless she's in heat. Even in heat, a cat doesn't always want to "do it", so the growling isn't that odd. However, the not eating, staying near you, seeming less active, and changed behavior does more sound like she's sick. Also, the red bum doesn't sound okay to me and might be caused by diarrhea (you didn't answer me, so I am saying it again.). If she's still acting the same now, I would suggest calling the vet. If not, it might have been a short cat-flue or something like that (just like humans, cats get sick too), and it passed again. She doesn't sound pregnant to me, so are you sure that she is? If not, but you still believe she is, is it possible for you to post a picture of her and her nipples? It might help us look into it a bit better
