When my cat was younger he got smashed by a window and the back side of him was paralized. Now he has grown out of it but his back side is still lazy. Yesterday he came inside with a bite mark on his ear.. I thought it was normal because he always gets in fights. He then went into the basement and has been hiding. He is throwing up brown and red, he wont eat or drink, he is spraying everywhere, and he won't acknowledge when i pet him. I'm so scared, please help me.

I'm sure you are feeling as frantic as you sound. A visit to the veterinarian is important to find out what is going on with your poor cat. It's not something that can be diagnosed and treated over the Internet.

A visit to the vet is a right now, very important thing. Do let us know how it goes and what the vet says, what treatment your poor kitty receives.

Once he is better I strongly urge you to make him an indoor only cat. You mention that "his back side is still lazy. Yesterday he came inside with a bite mark on his ear.. I thought it was normal because he always gets in fights."

If he cannot run fast enough to get away from other cats that attack him there's no question that he'll continue to get bite wounds. I'm sure you love him and do not want to have him beat up like that. Bites can develop into an abscess. And that's a serious matter.

He's neutered, yes? If not, ask the vet about neutering him when you bring him it.

Good wishes and purrayers for good healing.

I think he is in need of instant help from a vet. Please take him to a vet for an instant emergency checkup.

When a cat hides, is throwing up blood and not eating or drinking, it's not a good sign. Not to freak you out, but it can go downhill extremely fast. Please get him looked at as soon as you can. And rather now than later.

Also, as said above, I think it's a good thing to keep him inside from now on. Sure, cats fight, but I doubt you want him to return home with marks all the time. If he is still having some issues with left side that is causing his running to be less, he will have a disadvantage during fights and probably always lose. That doesn't make him happy, and it surely won't help his health.

I hope your cat will be fine again soon. I will pray for him to be happy and healthy again.

It's been several hours since you posted so, is your cat doing better?
