Suggestions for Clumping Cat Litter that is pretty close to 100 % Dust Free

Dr. Elsey's Respiratory Relief? That's the one I switched to and so far, so great! I don't have to try to hold my breath while scooping to avoid inhaling dust. It's the green box.

I haven't personally used it, but a lot of my cat friends really love Dr. Elsy's Precious Cat litter. 
I've never had a problem with Respiratory Relief, either.
The blue bag is the precious cat. I think that's the one that the OP meant. I'm surprised about that though. I found that litter to be virtually dust free. That could change from batch to batch though I suppose. Some people here swear by Paw & Claws by Tractor Supply Company and it was way too dusty for us. Who knows?
I tried this new litter from Cat's Pride recently and it's excellent. I didn't notice any dust at all, it clumps great and it is unscented but they do offer a scented version as well if that's what you like. it's more expensive than the regular Cat's Pride but it really does do what it says it does.
Dr. Elsey's Ultra Precious cat litter (blue bag) is pretty dusty for me, too. It is less dusty than most other brands I've tried, so I'll give it that. Then again, I'm probably foolish to think that I can actually find a dust-free clumping clay litter.
I think part of my problem is that I scoop multiple boxes each up to four times a day, so I'm likely kicking up more dust than the norm.

Try Dr. Elsey's Respiratory Relief cat litter (green box). It pretty much is a dust-free clumping cat litter.

Thanks! I kind of thought so...but was too lazy to google the other Dr. Elsey's. Dr. Elsey's Respiratory Relief is definitely dust-free as far as I can tell. If there is any dust, it is not noticeable (so far).

I have a picky kitty; so we've had to stick with what Noodles will use (TidyCat clumping). Our boxes are in the same little room as our washer and dryer; which are black. I try not to stress over it; but it gets pretty gross in there. I use cloth diapers to do that dusting (I wet them). I'd love to try something with less dust; but it's just not going to happen with Noodles around.

I will surely let you all know if I find a clumping litter whose fine particulates don't take residence on the glass tops.
Having 14 inside kitties and 6 very large Rubbermaid containers, as well as 3 large regular litter boxes, we've tried most everything. I continue to go back to Dr Elseys. Lately, just to cut expenses, we've been mixing some Tidy Cats with Glade in with the Dr Elseys. Little less expensive and almost no dust. Hope this helps
That's my experience, or, well, I wouldn't call it pretty dusty, but it's not dust free by any means. It is FAR LESS dusty than the Tidy Cats Small Spaces I was using before that. Beyond that I have very little for point of reference, as it would be too many years ago, but I think there was a fair amount of Arm and Hammer before that. Even the Tidy Cats changed formulations in the few years I was using it, and that difference led me to seek out something else because the new formulation made it noticeably less effective at odor control. Later I had a gap of several months between cats and I went right back to using the Precious Cat Ultra when the new ones came home. So far nothing about it has led me to try anything different. It clumps way better than anything else I remember. I notice the dust when I'm pouring out a lot of it, as I sometimes do into a container that's easier to handle than the bag. Topping off the litter box produces minimal dust. It's not the cheapest perhaps, but I find it cost effective in that I don't feel a need to fully change out this litter very often.
I've used both Dr. Elsey's Respiratory Relief and the Precious Cat Ultra and did not notice a significant difference in dust. It seems to really vary by bag. With some there are clouds of dust, others not a speck. It's the lowest-dust litter I've used and, at least where I shop, the Ultra is much better priced, so that is what I am sticking with.
I was wondering if the dust did vary with the bags. Previously, I only purchased the boxes of Dr. Elsey's Respiratory Relief and they were all fine. This time, I purchased the R.R. off Amazon at the great price of $13.02 / 20 lbs. bag. The R.R. is expensive...considering it costs $15.99 normally at PetSmart, $13.02 sounds cheap...but anyway, Amazon sent me 2 R.R. bags and one R.R. box. I was worried that the 2 bags would be dusty because the elderly USPS delivery woman tossed them on the counter, but they were okay because they were in boxes. I can see how the cat litter would be dusty in the bags though if the delivery people tossed them around or in the stores or warehouses. It's such a huge difference from the other cheap cat litters I was using in terms of dust, that I'm going to keep using it!
Although maybe I will try Precious Cat Ultra also...maybe I can do half/half...

I was singing the praises of Dr Elseys when I first started using it for my cats and it was great but then I started getting bags that were pretty dusty and for $18.00 per 40 bag I expected better . So I decided to try Arm & Hammer Super Scoop Unscented and it is just as good . No scent and hardly any dust plus only $8 for a 20 lb box ..
$18 per 40 lbs bag sounds like Dr Elsey's Precious Cat Ultra, which I haven't tried yet. The Dr. Elsey's Respiratory Relief is ~$17 for only 20 lbs bag/box, so double the price. Have you tried that one? I really recommend it so far. When I poured the litter out of the bags, I didn't notice any dust. I still have 2 litter boxes filled with a mix of dusty litter & a little Respiratory Relief and now 2 litter boxes of just Respiratory Relief and the difference between scooping the dusty litter boxes and the Respiratory Relief is night & day!!! It's horrible scooping dusty litter not to mention what my cat was/is inhaling in her cute, tiny nose. Maybe I'll just stick to the Respiratory Relief if the Precious Cat Ultra can be dusty.
As for why I presently have 4 litter boxes out for my only cat...I'm going to switch out 2 of them for 2 high-backed litter boxes to stop litter going all over my carpet. I have plenty of room for all these litter boxes. I'm going to keep 4 litter boxes out until after my upcoming weekend trip in a couple months so that my baby has enough clean litter while I'm gone so 1) she's happy and 2) there's hopefully no nasty surprises when I come back. After that, I'll go back to 3 litter boxes for her, which is the perfect amount for when I don't scoop daily...oops.

Yes , Precious Cat Ultra . I loved it for awhile then I started getting bags that were very dusty so I decided to try something else . The Arm & Hammer Super Scoop Unscented is very good so far . Hardly any dust .
