What's for dinner? - 2015

We went out to eat last Thursday night. The folks sitting next to us were eating fish and I have been craving it since. I can't order it in a restaurant unless I do broiled because of the gluten free thing. But I do have some flounder in my freezer. I believe I will get it out, plug in my frying pan on the porch and cook me some for tonight. I have to do it there because hubby is allergic. I have shrimp so I can cook that for him. :nod:

Grilled chicken, jacket potatoes and coleslaw.

Nothing right now because I'm not feeling good again. I haven't been sick in over a year and this is the second time in a week.

There are a couple of nasty bugs going around....

A lot of people are getting sick.....there is a respiratory type one and a couple of stomach ones...real nasty stuff....and the bugs are really strong...

I had a stomach bug last week (all 4 of us did including my 5 month old). Now I have a cold/cough and earlier started feeling nauseous again but that passed thankfully.

I forgot I didn't eat dinner and it's just after 10 pm now. I couldn't figure out why I am so hungry.

Tonight was leftover ham and potato salad from Easter. I did a fresh batch if green beans. My DD was still feeling poorly so she had crackers and pedialyte.

Vegetarian vegetable soup with a couple three-grain rolls from the freezer. And salad.

I grilled burgers and asparagus in the rain. Never again ugh.

leftovers...still tastes good...tomorrow will be ham salad sandwich....

I had a costco hot dog. I had to go there to buy baby formula and didn't feel like cooking.

Ituis amazing. My granddaughter will be a year old next month.

The vegetable soup that we didn't have last night. 

We are having burritos. A while back, the new burrito place was having free burrito day and their Facebook page screwed up the times. We missed it by 2 minutes because we thought it went until 7 but it was actually 6. I was a little annoyed because we drove to the small city near here to go and they were closed so I messaged them on Facebook. They are giving us a free meal tonight.

It is the first time I am hearing of poutine!  I looked it up and this sounds very delicious!

I'm having a "pizza" made on a whole grain flatbread with pizza sauce and I add feta, fresh mozzarella, fresh spinach.  

That looks and sounds sort of like what we do. We have fries with chili and cheese.

I love fries with gravy so this would be awesome to try.

My 5 yro has a tummy bug.
I lost my appetite.
My 2 1/2 is having hot dog, pasta and cucumbers.
