left overs from last night....

Rotisserie chicken, jacket potatoes and coleslaw.

My mother in law made fajitas tonight.

Grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

a(nother) hot open-faced turkey sandwich.

Yum. I could eat a fajita (or several). 

Rick asked me for tuna and noodles tonight.

Last night I made the "healthy scampi" I found on Pinterest (with extra pasta & sauce for lunch today).

Not sure what tonight will be yet!

We have an assortment of leftovers in the fridge from earlier dinners this week and so we're going to have a buffet-style supper tonight.

I love smile fries. 

A massive schnitzel almost the size of the plate, mashed potatoes and a tomato/cucumber salad. It was so big I only ate half and brought the rest home.

It's got the wrong kind of cheese and (vegetarian) gravy, but it's a giant poutine for my dinner.

Yum! I love poutine.

Chicken soup with mates balls. I made it and was not pleased with me.
Salads and a piece of chicken.

Steak, potatoes and honey garlic carrots.

I'm making sloppy joes for dinner tonight.

We are going to my in laws for Easter dinner. She's making turkey.

Corn on the cob.
I don't eat much on Saturdays for some strange reason.

Leftovers from yesterday. You know, when I made the pineapple stuffing, I doubled the batch and it went into a 9 x 13-inch pan instead of a 9-inch square pan. I though that would give Dear Richard plenty of leftovers for his lunch as he dearly loves this pineapple stuffing. I thought it would make a nice change from applesauce or peaches that he normally takes in his lunch. Well! There's enough pineapple stuffing leftover for his lunch today and that's it! I was amazed at how fast that casserole emptied. And I thought my brother was going to lick the casserole dish clean.

We have some slices of ham (most of it went into the freezer, including the ham broth and ham bone for split pea soup) and a little of the potatoes. Some dried corn and a couple pickled eggs. So we have plenty for dinner tonight yet and then that will be it.
