I'm thinking of a tuna pasta salad for dinner tonight. Either that or tuna and noodles, I'm not sure which. Definitely something with tuna.

Grilled chicken breasts with potato salad. Somebody has mentioned potato salad--jcat, I believe--and it's been bugging me. I dearly love potato salad. And steamed broccoli.

I'll see in a few what I feel like....have to eat something...

A tortellini casserole I bought from the grocery store. It's filled with chicken, tortellini and sauce. I will make homemade garlic bread to go with it.

Cabbage/Kielbasa Soup. This is an experiment. I sautéed in butter one package of coleslaw mix with carrots, one half onion, one cup sliced celery. Then I put it in one quart of chicken stock along with two unpeeled apples. I sliced the kielbsa into about one inch round slices. It is simmering on the stove now. I am hoping it will be delicious. Sometimes I just use what I have on hand and it turns out okay.
I just wanted to come back to this post and tell everyone, this experiment turned out to be a real keeper. We are eating the rest of it today. The apples gave this soup a wonderful taste. I think it will be even tastier as a leftover than it was when I first made it.
