We had beef scotch fillet. A big one  tons of asparagus and broccoli. I haven't had scotch for a long time because of the fat content. The fat makes it soo yummy :yummy:

Tammat, what is a beef scotch fillet? It sounds interesting.

Tonight, we're going to make mini pizzas. I have some leftover tomato sauce from earlier this week that I'm going to turn into pizza sauce. We have mozz and some turkey pepperoni. Onions and peppers. I took a dough ball out of the freezer last night.

Yes, what is scotch beef filet? Is the filet in a scotch based sauce?

Having a tuna sandwich sandwich, on Polish Rye bread and chips for supper. I will have to save some of the tuna for my fur boy...maybe I should open a large can???

Just thought I'd share the recipe for the dinner I made tonight. It was delicious, tasted exactly like a burrito. I added a drained can of corn and didn't put the cheese in the crock pot, we put it on in the bowls because I wanted to freeze leftovers and thought it might be weird with cheese. We topped it with sour cream.

Probably not much of anything. We're leaving in a bit with friends to head to a garden show (I dearly need some thing that's spring!) and are going out for breakfast prior to the show. When we do breakfast out, then I don't cook much that night. Maybe some soup or such.

Mrs. B, I may have to try that recipe; it looks really good!

My happy place.
We're just having a shop brought pizza and salad tonight as we are up to our eyeballs in decorating and neither of us want to cook. :D

It was. We picked up tortillas to make burritos for lunch with the left overs.

We ordered pizza. I made freezer meals today and by the time I was done, I was too tired to make dinner. I made a big pot of spaghetti sauce, 2 tuna casseroles and a meatloaf. I also made sausages in gravy which was supposed to be dinner but we decided against it.

I don't know what a burrito is? I've never had Mexican food.

Thanks! I just pinned it. I really think my nieces would like that.

I may make green curry shrimp later.

It made awesome burritos too. It makes a lot. We had it for dinner, made burritos, froze half of the leftovers and still have more.

We are having dinner at the in laws tonight. Not sure what she's cooking.

Rick wants comfort food, so I'm making pan-roasted chicken breasts (he's not fond of chicken but I said, "C'mon, you have to work with me here!" and he said chicken was OK). Mashed potatoes and a wee bit of gravy. Some peas with thyme or baby limas with lemon pepper, I'm not sure which. And I put the last apple pie from the freezer into the oven to finish baking. Served with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. I also made some iced tea.
