I'm going to save some of the roast chicken for my dinner tonight. Maybe with some green beans. And a sliced tomato.

I skipped dinner last night (well, I ate cookies for dinner) and that's not a good idea.

Grilled chicken tonight. My sister is staying with us for a couple of days and she's picky. She likes chicken and pork chops so I bought a pack of each yesterday.

Blueberry waffles (or maybe peach since we have fresh ones, but they make a mess out of the waffle iron).
peach sounds good. put them in a pan with a little butter, a bit of brown sugar and a few dashes of cinnamon. give that a light saute just to combine the butter and sugar and top  plain waffles with it. yum.

I will be having left over Santa Fe Pasta Salad for supper tonight.

We are getting ready for our mini-vacation to the beach for the weekend so no cooking for me.

Last night had turkey mushroom blue cheese burgers, no buns. They were good but not super flavorful. We put a little A1 on the top and had a side of steamed broccoli with Mrs. Dash seasoning.

Tonight I found a recipe for mushroom stroganoff, will serve with more broccoli. :)

Oktoberfest sausages tonight. I'm trying to use up stuff in the freezer.
So am I. Last night I took out a package of cooked pears and had to throw them out. They were just too old and tasted fermented. I took out some venison loin. I cut it into small slices. I salted and peppered. Right now it is marinating in a sauce of 1/2 Dale's Steak Seasoning Sauce and 1/2 Italian Dressing. I am going to lightly flour it and sauté it with some sweet onions. They it is going into the crock pot with some beef broth to cook. I will make gravy and serve it with mashed potatoes. But, oh, that is going to be for tomorrow night. It has to marinate a long time and then cook several hours.

For tonight, I don't know. I might just to bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches. :lol3:
