Oh, and for dinner I had 2 soft beef tacos from Taco Bell, since we were still out at 10pm running our side job collections.. Soooo not on the diet plan, but the BF insisted getting 2 of them wasn't going to kill either of us or throw 5lb back on ... I did add it to my calorie counter, they're about 210 cal a piece with lettuce and cheese.

The surf n turf sushi roll is tempura flaked shrimp inside the rice roll, with rare, thin sliced beef pieces on top :) Delicious with some Ponzu sauce and hot sauce. The spicy blue crab is really good with some wasabi in either the Ponzu sauce or Soy.

All sounds delicious. Never seen anything like that here. What's Ponzu sauce?

We're going to a clambake tonight. Rick's sister and BIL had had this planned for several weeks now and they said they're still having it.

Hoping to have bacon wrapped filet mignon with creamed spinach. Depends on if the filet is any good...darn freezer door didn't seal right last week, so it looks like it has freezer burn. I would be sooo pissed if it's ruined. [emoji]128529[/emoji]

Key lime Oreos. Omg they were delish.
There was also cakes and ice cream but Oreos won my tiny sweet tooth.

I ended up in bed yesterday afternoon with a really bad migraine. Missed the clambake! Rick went to the clambake without me; I know he wasn't happy about it, but there was no way that I could go. I finally fell asleep around 4:30 or so and slept fairly well until 8:30. Then I got up, turned on some lights in the kitchen and living room and went back to bed. Never budged again until this morning around 7:00. That was a bad migraine, one of the worst I've had in a while. I am thankful that Mollipop stayed right by my side the entire time.....well, at least until Rick gave them breakfast this morning. 
 As soon as she ate and bathed, though, she was right back with me. She's a good nurse. 

Anyway, Rick's sister and BIL gave him a ton of leftovers last night and said they were for our dinner tonight.

Tilapia fillets cooked in Hoisin sauce, white steamed rice, spinach and peas. It's a quick simple meal for a Sunday.

I'm glad you had a good sleep and got rid of it. Did you have a good dinner with the leftovers? What's a clambake?

I'm actually not sure what its made of. Its a sweeter sauce than soy though. I enjoy it :D It's good with beef tataki as well.



Tonight we're making buffalo chicken with bleu cheese crumbles again.

Orange chicken from the walmart deli. I'm not feeling to well... so at least I can have chicken. It's just chicken in an orange asian spice sauce. It's good.

Last night our dinner was a container of guacamole with some crispbread chips. Eaten around 11:00 last night. That's pretty much all we had time for....it was run here, do this, run there, do that, all night long.

Not sure about tonight. I'm considering some kind of pasta with vegetables. Anything that I can put together quickly.
