I love love love rhubarb and can't get it here :'(:'(:'(My reward meal - started with a salad of romaine, celery, scallion and fresh tomato, bacon blue cheese dressing. 1 baked boneless, skinless chicken breast, a cup of boiled zucchini, 1 cup (dry) egg noodles cooked, drained and mixed with a tablespoon of Lutenitsa sauce, a single serve of a tiny pie I made (found covered pot pie tins, worked great) with a bit of gluten-free pie crust that I pre-baked, then put in some homemade raspberry-rhubarb compote that had almost no sugar in it, added 2 tsp of a pure apricot preserves to sweeten. Yummo.
