Dark chocolate Terry's chocolate orange slice, and I'm about to pop another After Eights mint in my mouth.

Quinoa with mixed vegetables, a boiled egg, and Italian dressing.

a couple hard boiled eggs, a bowl of cream of wheat (it was frigid here this morning, so hot cereal warmed me up), and a glass of juice -- my breakfast. shortly i'll have some lunch.

just sliced the cake i baked earlier today, so i ate the crumbs that slicing it made. i have an omaha steaks wild rice stuffed chicken breast (christmas gift) baking in the oven right now, and will have that along with some applesauce in a while.

A slice of toast with butter and chocolate spread.

Quinoa and pulled pork "pot".  Way more of the grain than the pork, so high in protein but low in fat.  Really good and unusual combo.  Liked!

two hard boiled eggs, toast with peanut butter, a glass each of juice and milk -- my breakfast.

2 over easy eggs and 2 pieces if cheese while drinking a Cadbury hot chocolate. Aimee ate a bunch of the whites of my eggs so it was probably more like 1 egg.

Home fries, at hubby's request.

A corned beef sandwich and a cranberry orange yogurt.

potato dill soup, and a slice of sour cream pound cake -- a late lunch after my nap.

a yogurt cup, with some granola sprinkled over it -- when i was up adding more wood to the wood stove during the night.

Turkey jerky.

Sausages, mashed potatoes, carrots, peas and gravy.
