Baked chicken, baked potato, and creamed spinach. Or I will, in a few minutes. The cat is behind me howling at the smell of the cooking chicken. He has his *fancy, expensive* food in his bowl, but chooses to give me a guilt complex...his meows are pitiful. [emoji]128543[/emoji]

The last thing I ate was our snacking at lunch time yesterday. I heated up the baked beans our BIL gave to us for Rick last night for a quick supper. I didn't bother...all I wanted to do was drink iced water!

a bowl of (generic) fruity pebbles cereal with milk -- my breakfast.
A whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese.
A cup of lemon yogurt
Having lunch now. Half of a turkey sandwich and some clam chowder.
I had a Joey Jr burrito from Moe's Southwest Grill with ground beef, cheese, and fresh jalapeno for lunch.
Pizza flavored crackers.
chicken noodle soup, and cheese and crackers. plus a slice of banana bread with a little margarine spread on it for dessert.
Wendy's Junior bacon cheeseburger and medium chocolate Frosty.
Don't bother with Arby's BLT, it was awful. Tooooo sweet, tooooo much bacon, bun tooooo thick, unable to taste lettuce or tomato. Yuck I hate their food!
