It's delicious! I can't go a morning without it because of the energy and mental clarity it gives me. It's not exactly coconut oil -- MCT oil to be exact, but it's essentially extremely concentrated coconut oil that doesn't impart any flavor.

Garlic triscuits are my favorites with grapes ad cheese!triscuits are woven wheat crackers. there's the original flavor that's just lightly salted woven wheat crackers, and the newer olive oil & cracked pepper flavor. they're many times used in making cheese and crackers -- i make mine adding a touch of margarine on top of the triscuit and under the cheese.

I loooove triscuits. My husband just went to pick up a pizza. We are going away in the morning and were so busy today that we only ate one meal. Kids still had their full 3 meals and snacks but we didn't make anything for ourselves.

i've never tried the garlic triscuits. but it's true that you can't go wrong with triscuits, they taste so good!

We went 5 hours away to visit family.
They are great the garlic kind of comes out in your mouth
