A piece of chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting! Yummy
tomato soup, and cheese and crackers. then (after i did the daily chores) a serving of vanilla pudding and the last bits/crumbles of the spicy salsa tortilla chips. all together, that was my lunch.

Mmmm I love quesadillas. Mine was just a small tortilla and folded in half. It was so yummy, I could have ate a few of them.
Salad, romaine, carrots, cherry tomatoes, English cucumber, Vidallia onion, sweet red peppers, cranberries & sliced almonds and garlic croutons. Raspberry balsamic vinegrette on top. Late night snack yummy
A slice of pound cake with a small bowl of vanilla bean ice cream with strawberry topping.
(My sister made some strawberry jam the other night and it didn't set up properly. She was going to throw it in the trash. I told her, "You are NOT throwing this in the trash!". I brought it home and told my sister and BIL to come over last night. Made a quick sponge cake (no frosting), we already had the ice cream on hand, and we had dessert out by the pool. She took some of the strawberry "topping" back home, along with some of the pound cake.
I can't believe she was going to throw it out....it was really good!)

two fried eggs, two english muffins with margarine and homemade strawberry freezer jam, and a glass of juice -- my lunch. that was several hours ago and i'm feeling a bit peckish now, so will make something to eat again soon.
Not feeling well home made chicken noodle soup with carrots, celery onion. Ginger ale. It rained more than I have ever seen, ugh
