Whipped chocolatey whipped stuff with caramel dipped in chocolate... heaven..
Aand then they have that weird marshmallow variety.. not so heaven..
I just looked it up and a Mars in Canada is different than everywhere else. They sure are good though.
in the US it is called Milky Way in Canada and England MarsMars bars. Always mars bars. Can't say I've ever had one unless a mars bar is just any candy bar made by mars.
What are they made of anyway?
some crudites, with some blue cheese salad dressing to dip them in.
a Mars bar is similar but thicker with a layer of toffee on top and covered with lovely chocolate. I can't get milky ways here but wait till I go to England at the end of October. Yum yum.

Well, now I know what a mars bar is
Although no, a mars bar/milky way was not the last thing I ate.
It was..
Cookies and cream ice cream. Yum.
Braised beef, sweet potato, corn on cob and salad with red peppers, English cucumber, cherry tomatoes, onion, baby carrots in garlic vinegarette! Later I will have fresh berries and ice cream.

I did not it was garlic expressions vinegrette salad dressing or marinade from Heinens Grocery Store. I add a tiny bit of sugar, it is delicious. It has Apple cider vinegar, canola oil, cloves, herbs. And whole garlic slices.that sounds so good. did you make the dressing? if so, could you please post the recipe?

bought myself a Mother's Day gift. It was a gluten free cheesecake sampler. I ate a piece of that. It was wonderful.
Canadian Mars bars are supposed to be the same as the original British ones.
