Hello again,

As some of you may remember my princess Smokie stopped eating after a food change & developed Hepatic Lipidosis. She had to have a feeding tube put in place in hopes of helping her recover from her illness (E-Tube). We battled for months trying to get her to eat on her own & soon realized this was going to be harder then we had hoped for. My husband & I already work opposite shifts so it did make it easier for round the clock feedings & comfort for Smokie but do to the over whelming cost of all of this thus far I have had to pickup another full time job so now I work 6 days a week 12 hr shifts, I'm not complaining here, just a little sleepy .View media item 243429

I hope Smokie continues to improve.  I take it you were using the Hills A/D, that is what Patches was on when he had the feeding tube.  I know it's supposed to be for short term use, I know you had no choice, but hopefully the wacky blood work is from the longer than usual use of the food.
