How often should my 3 year old cat poop?

The last time I saw poop in the litter box was Monday morning. Since then there has only been pee.

We feed her only wet food. No dry other than a few treats here and there. We feed her half of a 3 oz can ever 5 to 6 hours. We fed her Wellness grain free pate, fancy feast pate and just started her with a couple of natural balance pate canned food. She usually eats it 90% if not all her food. She has 3 water bowls available to her.

She doesn't go outside nor is she around other cats. Nothing has changed wither her litter or our home.

Am I overreacting? Or should I be worried? I'm thinking the worst right now and am making myself sick.

Since you don't feed her much bulk fiber and mostly proteins I don't think there would be much solid waste. If this is a drastic change from what she has done in the past I would get her to the vet. The vet can examine her
to make sure there isn't a blockage. I don't think its been too long anyway if she went Monday morning. But again if this is a drastic change from her usual I'd get her checked out.

Adding fibre to her diet (Metamucil is good) will help if it's a question of just not enough waste material there. Maybe water down her food, too, to be sure she's getting enough liquid.

I would say not to let it go more than a couple of days more.
