A grieving cat owner here. Of all days, lost one of my best friends, Pepper, on Christmas day.

My wife and I have two others, Pearl, a stray we found as a kitten, all white, deaf, blind in one eye, has a green eye and a blue eye. The other, Mabel, a pound kitty we got as a kitten, grey tabby, petite and very possessive. Never leaves my sight and hugs me when I get out of the shower every morning.

I saw your post in the Crossing the Bridge forum and I'm so sorry that's what brought you here, but I'm glad you found us.

We would love to see photos of Mabel and Pearl if you'd like to share.

So sorry to hear that you lost Pepper.

Pearl and Mabel are very pretty, it must be a comfort to have them around. 

So sorry to hear about your beautiful kitty. . .our cats are almost 16 and my wife and I are preparing ourselves for those terrible days when they will leave us.  But in the meantime, we kiss them as much as we can every day.  Max & Phoebe send their condolences, too
