Please help. Cat vomiting

my cat Lmyn, a black cat about a year old, vomited last night and I didn't think anything of it. They were running around so I figured that was the cause. She has been vomiting since. She drank some water and within 20 minutes she threw it back up. I'm beginning to become concerned.

Did she get ahold of anything? You need to see a vet ASAP. She might have an obstruction.
