Pregnant cat (first time) with bleeding issues

My cat is pregnant for the first time and not sure how far along she is. She is showing though and have blood dripping from her anal area, especially after she poops (with blood in it), her tummy was high but now it's low. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Bloody stool equates a vet visit, especially since you say she is leaking blood. This is not a good thing.

Please get her to a vet ASAP!

Agree with CatPack.   Some red colored watery discharges may be OK, but not real blood.  It sounds alarming here.  Vet asap.   At least, begin with phoning, but dont lose time on phoning.

ps. her tummy being big, and now smaller, hints she is very near delivery.   But it is still alarming.

Another reading, is, she aborted them.  - it depends on how far she was - could you feel the kittens move, or wasnt she gone so far??...   Still, also here, a vet check is in order.
