Hello I have a kitten and just tdy she vomited when she woke up. The whole of Tdy she slept a lot and she refused to eat. After she vomited she was super weak in the way she walked and she was meow-ing a lot as well. Need se advice, should I monitor the situation or bring it to the vet asap? Also should I stop giving it food and water for now?

Definitely keep giving water at least, dehydration is the enemy. What are you feeding? Maybe her stomach can't handle it. Are you stimulating her to go to the bathroom? She may be backed up. If it was me I'd bring her to the vet. Good luck and keep us posted!

I gave her tuna and chicken liver which says that it's for kittens. But it seems like she can't eat that as she has vomited a second time so Im changing her food to the solid ones instead. I brought it to the vet and the vet gave her deworming medicine other than that my kitten is doing great! Thankyou by the way:-)

If she's less then a month old she won't have the teeth to eat solid food. She needs gooshey foods.

Get some kitten milk to and get a wet food that isn't fish and isn't liver (liver is a rich food) Just a simple chicken or turkey or something. Make sure it's a pate not a chopped food so she doesn't choke on the chunks.

Mix it with the kitten milk and see how she handles that.

And if she is less then a month old she needs help going poo and you'll have to help her (there's lot of videos on you-tube about how to do it.)

Just want to echo that your kitten is very young and you really need to be careful what you feed her and how much.

Here's a chart from Maddies Fund that shows this:

http://www.maddiesfund.org/Document... Feeding Chart and Stomach Capacity Table.pdf

And here's a video on helping them to pee and poop:

And here's one on weaning kittens onto solid food:

I used only wet food when weaning my kittens and mixed formula (but you can use water, 1part water to 3 parts food) with royal canin kitten.  I believe the law in the US (assuming you are in this country) says that the manufacturer must specify the stage of life that the food is for.  It's important to feed kitten food because kittens need a lot more calories in their food than adult cats and their stomachs are obviously so much smaller.

Good luck and keep us posted!

PS  Oh and pick one brand and stick with it!  You can make them very sick if you change brands frequently, their systems just can't handle it.
