I'm currently fostering a pregnant cat for my local Humane Society. The only brand of food they will provide is Hill's Science Diet, which she doesn't seem to care for, and the cats I've owned have never cared for it either. I fostered another pregnant cat several months ago and needed to get her kittens started on solid food, but they had zero interest in the Hill's. I ended up getting some Royal Canin Mother and Babycat dry food, which both mother and kittens all loved, but is pretty pricey at $20 for a little 3.5 lb bag, which I was paying for out of my own pocket. So I'm on the search for another dry food that I can feed to the pregnant mama and her kittens later, that is tasty, good quality, but reasonably priced. Any recommendations?
