Can I cook eggs thoroughly in Dr. Pierson's recipe?

I've gotten very sick from cooked (but obviously not enough) eggs, so I'm uncomfortable with adding eggs to my cats' food even lightly cooked. Those eggs were from Wholefoods. Is it essential to add them semi raw or can I cook them thoroughly (and cool & chop them) before adding to other raw ingredients?

I think it would be ok. . I currently use the Alnutrin supplement and it contains egg yoke powder.
