Angel gets her cone off tomorrow

Tomorrow is the day Angel gets her cone removed and her stitches out. She's tried and tried and tried - and finally today she managed to knock the cone off her head. She wasn't too pleased with me when I put it back on! But hopefully tomorrow she'll officially be free.

She'll be tremendously relieved.

Poor thing, cats just don't understand that the cone is for their own good. I guess having you put it back on was really confusing, I picture Angel saying "hey, I thought you were on my side!" Must be very frustrating!

Angel is now "cone-free". Stitches are out, the incision is still healing - almost completely. Dr. gave me another cone just in case Angel starts scratching at the incision site. Right now she's mad at us and not talking to us for what we put her thru. Thank goodness cats have a short memory and forgive and forget.

Well somebody is gonna sleep well tonight! What a relief that must be!. Glad to hear it is going so well.
