My precious little kitten is 4 months old next week. We rescued her and her brother in October, and they have both been absolutely adorable and seemingly thriving. We took them in this weekend to be spayed and neutered when they found that our little girl had a very high WBC ~29,000 and elevated liver enzymes. She is otherwise healthy at home. I have noticed some soft stools, but she was also currently on amoxicillin to see if it will fix the problem. She eats, drinks and plays with her brother. She is a little cuddle bug, and the only other thing I can think of is that she's a hugeeeeee purr baby, even at the vet they have a hard time listening to her heart because she is always purring. I've read some things that can link the purring with fip, and I'm so worried that she might have it but also somewhat perplexed since she seems otherwise very healthy. Any thoughts, suggestions or similar experience?

I pray that your baby does NOT have FIP.  That is what Darcy has, ands he is at the end of her journey.
