Hello. Does anyone have any experience with poo that smells strongly of halitosis? It is formed, always has been. She has had 2 pcr diarrhea panels sent which were only positive for corona. When she poos it smells so bad I have to scoop it immediately. She is 8 months. I got her when she was 16 weeks and has always had the same strong odor. Of note, one time a while ago, she vomited and even her vomit smelled like the halitosis smell. Thank you.

I can't say that I've ever heard of THAT particular issue.  What are you feeding her?  I wonder if it's somehow possible that it's her food that causes the smell?

Did you ask your Vet (since you've had those tests run, I'm guessing so), what could be causing it?  Do you give her probiotics?  I'm just wondering if you did, if that might help, since they should help with her gut flora.

I feed her Life's Abundance and Blue Buffalo wet. All grain free with probiotics sprinkled on top. I am considering doing a colon flush and one more PCR. Vet wasn't concerned.

I have read about quite a few cats having issues with Blue Buffalo, but you say her stools are well formed, so that may not be the issue.  Perhaps that's just the way she is
?  If your Vet isn't concerned, and she appears to be fine, and both PCR tests have shown basically nothing, then I probably wouldn't really worry about it.   If she were having diarrhea, then that would be another story
