Remembering Honey one year later

One year ago we learned that we had done all we could. We took her home for the last time, then we brought her back the next day, to go on a final journey over the Rainbow Bridge to wait for us. I miss you so much, my little girl. Sleep in the sun and be free of pain. Love you to the moon and back.

Oh, I'm so sorry.  Those anniversaries are so hard.  

Thank you so much. I like to look at pictures of her and remember the stuff she liked to do. 


This is Honey listening to her favorite You Tube video, "Two Talking Cats". She loved it. I would play it for her over and over. 

The Pope said dogs go to Heaven. But we already knew our pets go to Heaven and wait for us.   Maybe she has found my grandfather. He loved cats too.

I'm so sorry you had to say goodbye to your baby. It was 2 years ago in Sept. that we lost our beautiful boy Gypsy. I can't wait to see him again someday.

Those anniversaries are so dreaded every year, mine was Dec. 08th, two years since my life was turned upside down and I took  that journey down a path I never wanted to go. My heart goes out to you, I do know how much pain the horrific loss brings. Hearts are slow to mend, but one day the bittersweet memories will give us comfort and joy. Take care and remember your sweet Honey will always have a place in your heart.
