Custom cat collars?

I want to design custom collars for my cats for Christmas- it is Q and V's first!

I want dazzle, fun options and I would love charms and such. Suggestions on where/how?

Its all on the glue for me. I got a 2$ collar from walmart n some diamonds $3 n tried hot glue but they fell off. It looked so nice too. I think it may have been because the hot glue was from the 99 cent store so maybe I need to try glue from walmart.
