The Russian Queen

I laugh everytime I see these pictures. Can't you just imagine a crown on her head waiting for her loyal subjects to serve her every whim? Oh wait, I already do that!

She has such a regal presence here. As you can tell from her appearance, she has a tough life!

She is truly a beautiful young Princess. She makes me want a Russian Blue, but I just spent a small fortune on my Bengal in August, so I can't afford to get another expensive cat right now.

Wow she IS a queen! I was going to get a Russian Blue, but we somehow got Anastasia instead. Someday I'm planning on getting a Russian Blue though, I've read all about them, they're AMAZING!!!

Okay I have held back and never said it but Nakita is my very favorite kitty to see pics of. She is such a beautiful cat. You take such awesome pics of her, and yes she does look like a Royal Princess whom should be waited on hand and paw hehe. Sweet pictures of a lovely kitty.

Since picking her up, we had her on a mix of dry foods (Royal Canin/ Wellness (dry/wet). I usually have her on two different dry foods so now I'm trying out Felidae and Wellness. Nakita rejected Innova, so I donated that bag to the local shelter.

She's only 5.05 pounds, so she gets 1/5 - 1/4 cup of dry and a tablespoon or two of wet food per day mixed with water. She's never been a big eater and never begs for any human type food. So I guess she's content with her small appetite!
