About 2 pm today my kid came in crying an found our cat at the bottom of our drive dead with a pool of blood coming from her mouth, it's hurt us all terribly and for me not knowing the cause of death I've not been out in my car I can't see any signs of her being run over its really got to me does anyone know any common causes thanks dean

I'm so sorry for you loss !

It's heartbreaking to lose a kitty especially in these circumstances, just awful.

There are all sorts of possibilities they might of caused this. It's possible she could have been hit by a car and managed to crawl to the end of your drive while trying to get home :hugs:

I'm so sorry for your loss.  It is possible that your cat was hit by a car, as GemsGem said.  My prayers are with you and your child.

It's a horrible thing to happen, I know how much it hurts to lose such a valued member of your family. Please accept my condolences, I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Try not to dwell on the death, but remember the love and joy Lola brought to you all. It takes a long time to heal the hole it leaves in your heart, thank you for sharing Lola's story and letting us know of this wonderful cat. RIP beautiful Lola, you will never be forgotten!

My condolences.  I was surprised that when my cat got hit by a car there were no major signs of trauma.  Anyway after that I decided keeping the cats indoors was the way to go.  Again, so sorry for your loss.
