You can switch to 8am and 8pm.  You could also discuss with your vet going to Doxycycline which is a once a day antibiotic.

Sad to say Mr Whiskers passed 2:30 this morning. When I was making my last check on him he started to pass-hated to watch but Im glad I was there to pet him to send him off.He was a outside stray that picked my house to stay at.I did the best I could for him the 18 months......I am sure going to miss that boy.

I'm so sorry, please accept my condolences. You gave him comfort and did what you could, I'm so glad he found someone that would go through what you did to try to help him, not many would for a stray. You are surely an angel on earth to help that little guy, I'll pray for you both. He received  love and care at his passing and now has someone to mourn the loss and to remember him in their heart. Thank you for having such a big heart! Take care, and thank you for giving us his story so he can be known to many and properly mourned. RIP Mr. Whiskers!
