help

I brought Bear in for neuter I tamed him enough to pet and get into the carrier.  I called the vet, they said "he's mean" they used a net to catch him.  Did they ruin him, will he get over this? I feel so awful, he never scratched, I am so afraid for him.  The vet's here in the sticks are so awful, I've dreaded this and what would happen.  Has anyone gone through this and it turned out ok?

He'll be upset for a bit - but even my inside cats are upset after a vet visit.  Don't stress too much about it or he'll pick up on your feelings.  Just act like nothing is unusual and treat him as you always have.  Don't push him - just let him readjust to life at home.
