If its urine and you suspect that there's blood in it, you should take him back to the veterinarian to have his urine tested. It could be a very loose stool. Pardon the gross question, but did you smell it?

I would call a vet, don't play doctor. You do not know what's wrong with him, aside from making sure he isn't getting dehydrated (give him water through a syringe) you shouldn't give him anything else when you don't have to. You can check whether he's dehydrated by pulling his neck skin. If it stays up and doesn't go back fast he's short on water. Also, does he seem sick? As in, is he lying like some dead bird not doing anything? If you pick him up and put him on the floor does he lay down instantly, or does he walk to look for a comfortable spot? Does he have a fever?

If you think your vet is giving him stuff that pains him, you should look for another vet asap. You should always trust your vet, he is after all in charge of your animal and can help him when needed. A vet would never do anything to hurt your animal. Some medication can make them a bit sick and even pained, but it's only to make sure he gets better. As your cat is vomiting a lot, ask your vet to give something against the nausea. Your first priority is making the vomiting (and possibly diarrhea) stop. He will not eat when he's feeling sick, simular as us. We don't eat when we feel awful as well.

The picture seems like vomit to me, with some blood in it. But it could also be urine. Please get him checked as soon as you can.

It's good that he's still walking around. Cats don't show really fast when they're really sick, but when they do they don't do anything anymore. They just lay and seem like a "dead bird". It's also good to hear he is eating and drinking a little.

Still, the urine and stool doesn't seem good at all, and needs to be dealth with asap. Next to that, a cat never just pees and poops on the floor unless there's something wrong (They are extremely clean animals, and if they are trained properly they won't do anything on the floor unless there's infections orso going on) Also, specially younger kittens can turn worse fast. I would still suggest going to a vet and not give him human medicine on your own. You can also call (doesn't cost anything - if money is a problem) and ask if what you are doing is okay and if he agrees with the medicine you gave him before (Specially as you see blood, it might only worsen him if you are treating him for something while there's something else wrong like something stuck in his intestines (this can make them extremely sick too and can cause diarrhea because it has a small thing to go past, which means the normal stool can't pass, but only fluid can. But, the rest isn't diarrhea and if you give him anti-diarrhea stuff and he has something stuck, you'll only worsen it). Your vet needs to know what is going on with your kitten so that if suddenly it goes worse, he knows what has been done and can react properly.

Also, if you feel his belly, does it feel hard or soft/normal? Does he seem in pain if you push it? (Just a little push, don't overdo it)

Okay don't panic, so we know that the cause of his recent lack of eating, drinking, dehydration, vomiting, diarrhea and lethargy are not from a passing virus.

He does have something going on, and your recent care has allowed him to perk up alot, but he still needs to be seen and find out what this is caused from.

Be SURE to continue keeping him well hydrated, it can very well be saving his life until you can have him seen by a vet.

So plan on him going to the vet as soon as possible! Very important.

There are several things that can cause blood in urine and stool. They can both be caused by a worm infestation or parasites. A traumatized bowel can cause blood in the urine as well as the stool.

This is an easy fix, one of the simplest and least harmful health problems it may be.

It can also be a lower urinary tract infection. This is also treatable with antibiotics. It is usually not seen in a kitten so young, but that does NOT mean impossible, it happens.

It can be caused by more serious issues, cancer, which is also very unlikely simply because of his young age.

Can you tell me, do cats in Algeria get Panleukopenia? I don't suspect it is that due to the blood, I have never seen a kitten with Panleukopenia have blood in urine, but I wonder what prevalent cat viruses/diseases are in Algeria that I don't know about?

I'm trying to google that info but getting nowhere!

For today until he can get to a vet tomorrow, keep him hydrated and comfortable, and hopefully the vet is competent with cat illnesses to take a urine sample and a blood test and see what is going on here.

At least the blood is not dark, almost black tarry looking. Red color is actually better than darker.

Also, have you noticed changes in urination? More or less frequent, or being in a urinating position but little to none when he is done?

I feel optimistic that the problem can be found and helped, but you don't make me very confident in the vets there for cat illnesses..........

the blood is pink not dark ! and i think he pees more than he usually do first it was small amount but then i gave him a lot of water (drank on his own ) so it changed ! u can c the pics

but wht about his poop ?? is it familiar or not?? i mean wht can i do about it?

and yes i don't trust most of the vets here !!  cuz they don't do the blood tests or x_rays or anything they just give the animal injections or medicines jut like wht happen with my baby i told him the symptoms and he directly gave him injections  then asked me to give him adult medicine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
besides, most of'em don't do surgeries tha's why i'm so worried !! cuz if it has to be a surgery he's doomed !!!!!!!!

so i want some home remedies that can make him servive this !!!

When I got no satisfaction from the local vet here in town I went on line to find an AAHA  vet clinic.  The closest one was 60 miles away but is well worth the drive because of the excellent service that my fur babies receive.

Honestly in my opinion it won't likely be surgery that he needs, it will more likely be antiparasitic medication, antibiotics, that type.

However, he can't simply be given a medication without diagnosing the cause for all of this.

I don't feel like the poop is as much cause for alarm as the blood in pee. A cat can easily have bloody poop/diarrhea, so many causes, but blood in urine is another thing, and considered more serious, especially with the other symptoms of illness in the past several days.

Can a vet do a proper urinalysis?

There are a number of veterinary schools in Algeria. Call and ask if they have clinics. Ask if there is a cat or a small animal specialist.

Here is the list I found: https://www.avma.org/professionalde...eign/pages/ECFVG-world-colleges-colleges.aspx
This is GREAT! Very helpful!

Abby can you use this and call to find a decent/competent cat vet?

Alger–Ecole Nacionale Veterianaire

Batna-University of Batna, Institute of Veterinary Science

Blida–University of Saad Dahlab

Constantine–Institut of National Des Sciences Veterinaries, Universite de Constantine

Tiaret–National Agricultural and Veterinary Institute of Tiaret

Vet clinics wil sell you sub q fluid pouch and needle for about 25 dollars. There are instructional videos on youtube about how to administer them-its very easy. It would cost you a lot less than having the vet do it. The vet should give instructions on how much to administer- usually 1 or 2 lines on the pouch.once he is rehydrated he will feel much better. It's a very good sign he is drinking on his own.

not here -_-
I suggest you do some in depth searching at the schools listed above. I'd do it for you, but my French isn't good enough. You will find clinics, and they might even be free.

Edit: if nothing else, the schools can give you a list of properly certified vets in your area.

Some universities will take on special cases so that the students can learn. My friend rescued a "flat kitten" and a veterinary school performed the corrective surgery for almost no cost so that the students could see how it was done. If you contact the university and explain your kitten's plight, perhaps someone will take him on. If the person you speak to cannot take the kitten on, ask that person to refer you to someone who can if possible. Be persistent; you've come this far and you're doing well!

No matter how much you want to help your kitten yourself, he's in need of a vet to get proper care. If you don't like your current vet spend all night looking for one that's on a decent distance and feels better according to you. A kitten that has blood in his urine, and diarrhea longer than a day (specially the way your kitten's diarrhea looks) needs help asap else he will dehydrate and die. There is a reason for him to have blood in his urine, to pee on the floor, to have diarrhea and for him to haven't eaten and drinking well for a while now. As long as you do not know the reason, you can't help him properly. So get to that vet tomorrow and don't leave until you know what's going on. Also, if they are giving him medicine and/or injections, ask what it is and what they think is wrong with the kitten. Also tell them all the details and if you can, show them the pictures you showed us.

I know many people who are breeders, and I also heard horrible stories of wrongful breeders and their dying kittens of whatever deceases. Do not let it  get that far, because before you know it it goes downhill, and then you are too late.

I am glad he is doing better! My cat has IBS and just got through a little bug with my little ones. They had some pink tinge blood also. Once their colons calmed down from the diarrhea and hydrated the blood went away. Mine were all tested, full stool studies no parisites, micro-organizims, nothing.  I had to start a gel probotic to clear up the diarrhea. By the way, what is your cutie's name?
