My sweet goofy isabel is perfect in every way ....
until she decides to groom herself!
which is almost constantly ....
I'm not sure if this is just a long haired kitty thing but every time Izzie tries to groom herself she is left with a wet mess. Her fur ends up sloppy wet and takes a bit to dry out and get fluffy again.
She has gorgeous cotton candy soft fur that I love so much, but I find I have to help her groom herself more often than it seems should be needed. I love her to bits regardless, and I don't think anything could keep me from snuggling her, but honestly, it does feel a little gross when she decides to groom herself, say laying on my chest and then flop in my face right after ...
I've never owned a long haired cat before, so I guess I'm wondering if this is normal, not normal but nothing to worry about medically, or I should be concerned?
It doesn't seem to be quite as bad when our older girl Lola grooms her ...
