HI, day before yesterday my cat threw up and it had some blood in it (just once) and also was coughing but today she seems alot better seems like she has a cold though. I wanna go to the vet but if its not needed. can anyone help me please.

Hi, I'm so glad you came looking for advice here.
I have to be very honest, blood in vomit is NOT okay, not good.
Blood streaks in vomit tells you that it is from the stomach or the upper part of the small intestine.
It can be caused by several things, including an ulcer or cancer.
She most definitely needs to be seen, and asap.
Just so you know, I am not one to run to the vet for every little thing. I have a cat rescue group and deal with most all medical issues myself, as I have supplies, meds, and knowledge/experience.
But this is wrong, and you never want to look back and regret not taking it more seriously or getting her seen sooner. Hindsight, well you know, 50/50.
