Noooo, December came too quickly!

1.- Are you done for your Shoop Christmas?

Not at all! My parents received their gift early, I've got my eldest brother's gift, but I still have to shop for my older brother, his wife, and my nephew. I'm part of 4 Secret Santas and all but one have been fully shopped for so far.

2.- How do you decor your main table?

It's just covered in junk.
When we visit family, their tables are set plainly, no centre pieces or anything. Sometimes there will be a Christmas themed table cloth.

3.- Wich one fruits do you buy for this season?

None. Biting into a cold fruit isn't as appealing when it's cold!

4.- The snow have star it on your place? ( or never gone? ...  )

Oh yes. It's come and gone, and come back again.

5.- The Mistletoe is ready under your main door...  hehehe

No mistletoe here.

1. Yes, I've just about finished. Just got tired of the shopping, the malls, the crowds, the parking ... and decided enough is enough. If people feel shorted, tough. All that's left is an hour or two in the few specialty stores downtown for stocking stuffers. Neighbours and friends get large plates of Christmas baking.

2. I decor with the Christmas onion, and all the stuff that ends up on the table of its own accord - books, notes, mail, cat treats, keys ...

3. Clementine oranges and real cherries (if I can find them)

4. Snow. Had some. Melted. Got some more. Big flakes coming down right now.

5. Mistletoe - never taken down. Don't want a missed opportunity just because it's not December.

1) Are you done for your Shoop Christmas?  No. But I have a plan.
My family came for Thanksgiving, so those gifts are done.  Mil has a photo book from Shutterfly with dd's Senior Pictures in it.  FIL is awful to buy for.  Told dh that if he hasn't figured anything out by the time the Shutterfly gift gets here- he's getting a gift card from Sears.  And I don't CARE that dh hates giving them gift cards.  Haven't finished the girls either.  But they aren't getting tons of expensive things.  Wicked is here until Sunday- and that's what they wanted.  So we saw that over Thanksgiving and I said no big gifts- the show was the "big gift" We draw names for the nieces, nephews bil etc.  Gift cards (again) going to mail those when we send out MIL's gift.

2)   How do you decor your main table?   When the family was here it was decorated.  Right now it has all kinds of junk on it.
When decorated both tables have pretty tablecloths on them

3) Wich one fruits do you buy for this season?   Oranges and cranberries

4) The snow have star it on your place? ( or never gone? ...  )  No snow at all.  Of course that's all the girls wanted.  I had to remind them both just  how much snow we got last year, and how much school (high school and college) both of them missed and how much complaining there was after we had two snowstorms that brought a lot of the stuff last year............

5)  The Mistletoe is ready under your main door...  hehehe   No mistletoe.  Considering both of the animals can't leave the stuff we have under the tree alone (they insist on doing their fighting UNDER the tree and knocking the ceramic villiage I have under there around) I could just imagine what they'd do to mistletoe

I wish you and your family a very Merry one!

1.- Are you done for your Shoop Christmas?

Pretty much at this point; still a few things here and there.

2.- How do you decor your main table?

I have a pretty red Christmas tablecloth on the table right now. But that's it because of the cats.

3.- Wich one fruits do you buy for this season?

Red apples (the only time I buy red apples), cranberries, oranges, lemons

4.- The snow have star it on your place? ( or never gone? ...   )

Rigel, we had 11 inches of snow on Thanksgiving morning this year! Thankfully, it's pretty much gone.

5.- The Mistletoe is ready under your main door...

No, no mistletoe

I haven't been here in the longest time...my job and family health issues have been keeping me busy, but I stopped in today and figured I might as well answer a few questions while I'm here.

Hello, Rigel, and
to anyone who remembers me. I've missed you guys!!

1.- Are you done for your Shoop Christmas?

I've just barely started...I'll probably be one of the crazy people who are frantically shopping on Christmas Eve.

2.- How do you decor your main table?

I've got a red tartan tablecloth and napkins, special Christmas dishes that were passed down from DH's grandmother, and a special reindeer centerpiece.

3.- Wich one fruits do you buy for this season?

Pears! I always buy Harry and David pears for my father, and he ends up giving a bunch to me.

4.- The snow have star it on your place? ( or never gone? ...
)

Our snow has melted for now, but there's bound to be more soon.

5.- The Mistletoe is ready under your main door...
hehehe

Of course!

1.  I'm *this* close!  I just have 2 grandparents, one Aunt and my DH to finish up.  Plus a few stocking stuffers.  Oh and one nephew and a gift card for another nephew.

2.  I have a pretty sapphire blue tablecloth that I put a white and blue snowman cloth over.  I don't have a dedicated centerpiece yet.  Which is just as well; we don't see our table very often...

3.  Clementine Oranges!

4.  No snow yet that i've seen!  We've had some sleet with rain; but it didn't accumulate at all.  Thank the Lord!  I'm not ready for that 4 letter word.

5.  No but I did buy a new metal wall hanging at a craft fair that is made to look like Mistletoe.  I also got a sign to put over it.  I haven't finished decorating my house yet.

I am not putting anything up for Christmas cause it's just me and my husband. He has no interest in Christmas. My kids aren't here and for him it's just another day. We are staying home. maybe.
