cat urine tract problem ...

yesterday I noticed that my cat went to his litter box many times and each time peed just a few drops. 

I took him to emergency vet. she injected him and gave him antibiotics for 9 days. she said his bladder was not full at all and she couldnt get any urine for a test even. so for now he would be on antibiotic. today he is not like that. his behavior is normal too.

do you think he had a kind of infection? anybody has such an experience? should I trust that vet? or I show him to other vets too?

There is nothing supicious about what you say your vet did, sometimes we get lucky and our cat improves unexpectedly, but i would stay o the meds for the full course, monitor urine output and report back to the vet if the problem recurs.  And there is nothing wrong with a second opinion if you want one.

also try asap silver solution 10, it will kill infections immediately and is dirt cheap for what it does.
